At Mens-Wedding-Rings.com we hope you love your new wedding ring, but if for some reason it isn't what you expected or there is a problem with your purchase, you can take advantage of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We accept both returns and exchanges under the conditions listed on this page. Please read the instructions for returning or exchanging your ring carefully.

Mens-wedding-rings.com offers a no questions asked, unconditional money back guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase (within 30days). Our collection of Designer rings comes with a limited lifetime guarantee.

Designer Limited Lifetime Warranty

All of our rings are designed to exacting manufacturing specifications and warranted against imperfections in design and craftsmanship. Except from normal wear, we will replace your ring for as long as you own the ring (fees may apply). A proof of purchase will be required and the defective, cracked, broken ring must be returned to Mens-Wedding-Rings.com for inspection prior to qualifying for a replacement. (Standard Shipping and Handling fees do apply)

If in the unlikely event you receive a ring that is defective it should be returned within 30 days for replacement. All items received defective must be returned in original brand-new condition.

What the Limited Lifetime Guarantee Covers

Warranties vary by metal, a quote can be obtained in the event you need to have your Benchmark ring repaired/replaced.

Designer Ring Exchange Policy:

Designer rings must be registered by the customer when the ring is received. Rings that have not been engraved can be returned to MWR for a refund or a change in style or size. Engraved rings must also be returned to MWR and can only be re-sized, not changed for another style. The Designer will re-size, and then re-engrave the ring, if possible, for a charge of $25.00. In the event that material has to be added to your ring to complete the sizing, you will only be charged the price of the metal or stones necessary to create the new piece.

Designer Guarantee Guidelines

The Limited Lifetime Guarantee does not cover a ring that has been purchased or ordered in the incorrect finger size or if finger sizes have changed since the time of purchase and actual physical receipt of the piece.

  • All rings must be returned within 30 days of your purchase.
  • All rings can only be re-sized after at least 60 days of ownership and wear.
  • Third-party alterations to the ring (other than engraving) will void the Guarantee.

Certain types of wedding bands (two-tone bands, patterned designs and diamonds) are difficult, if not impossible to re-size without damaging the ring MWR will make sure your ring is taken care of properly. If we can't fix it we will replace it.

Non-Designer Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted for up to 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Customer is responsible if return shipment is lost or damaged by shipper and must file a claim with shipper. We recommend shipping with delivery confirmation and/or insurance.
  • Customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or defective merchandise.
  • Enclose a check or money order for $4.00 for shipping and handling.
  • Include a copy of the shipping slip which has the order number, name and address.
  • Be sure to include the ring with instructions for the exchange.
  • Before mailing, check our website to make sure the ring you want is in stock.
  • All bands can only be eligible for resizing after 60 days of actual wear and due to the true finger size change.

Non-Designer Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted for any reason up to 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or defective merchandise.
  • Ring must be in original package and in NEW, salable condition.
  • When the ring is received, we will issue a refund to your credit card account or PayPal account within 7 business days.
  • Include a copy of the shipping slip which has the order number, name and address.
  • Be sure to include the ring with a note telling us the reason for the return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except on returns for defective rings.
  • Defects that are the result of improper care or maintenance are not covered under the guarantee
  • Customer is responsible if return shipment is lost or damaged by shipper and must file a claim with shipper. We recommend shipping with delivery confirmation and/or insurance.
  • Rings must be secured in a protective envelope, with bubble wrap, to guard against loss and damage, either by shippers machinery or theft. You can also use the bubble wrap envelope that we used for shipment of the ring.
  • Ring must be in original package and in NEW, salable condition.
