Exchange and Refund Policies – Warranties

We understand there is sometimes a need to exchange or return a ring you purchased. Exchanges - Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase . Rings must be unworn and in new condition.

Exchange or Return

Include your order number or packing slip, write down the exchanged size needed or notate it’s a return. Place all the above and ring in a padded envelope and ship back to us. Ensure it is a padded envelope and not a standard envelope (usps sorter will pull the ring out package).

Shipping is not refundable and we do not provide return labels. Not responsible for lost packages.

Designer Engraved Exchange or Return

Include your order number or packing slip, write down the exchanged size needed or notate it’s a return. Place all the above and ring in a padded envelope and ship back to us. Ensure it is a padded envelope and not a standard envelope (usps sorter will pull the ring out package).

If engraved there is a $30.00 buff out fee for SKU’s starting with JB or JTR and $45.00 Fee for SKU’s starting with JTV. There is a 15% scrap fee on all diamond rings that are returned or exchanged and $10.00 re-stock fee on all designer returns.

Warranties:

All rings 

Our rings are all guaranteed for 30-days from manufacturer defects, do not include normal wear and tear; scratches, breaking of your own accord, lost or stolen items, and excessive wear are not covered. Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Alterations to the ring will void the warranty. The ring can only be replaced with the exact same style and size ring.

Thorsten Rings (JTR): Due to the hardness of alternative metals, they cannot be resized like traditional gold or platinum rings.  Therefore, if your finger size changes, you will need a brand-new ring in a different size. Thorsten will exchange your ring for a different size for as long as you own the ring. Engrave fees apply if engraved.
