Returns are accepted for any reason up to 30 days from the delivery date.

Customer is responsible if return shipment is lost or damaged by shipper and must file a claim with shipper. We recommend shipping with delivery confirmation and/or insurance.

Customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or defective merchandise.

Ring must be in original package and in NEW, saleable condition.

When the ring is received, we will issue a refund to your credit card account or PayPal account within 5 business days.

Include a copy of the shipping slip which has the order number, name and address.

Be sure to include the ring with a note telling us the reason for the return.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except on returns for defective rings.

Defects that are the result of improper care or maintenance are not covered under the guarantee. |
