Lifetime Warranty
All our rings are designed to exact manufacturing specifications and warranted against imperfections in design and craftsmanship. Except from normal wear, we will replace your ring free of charge for as long as you own the ring. A proof of purchase will be required and the defective, cracked, broken ring must be returned to Mens-Wedding-Rings.com for inspection prior to qualifying for a free replacement. (Standard Shipping and Handling fees do apply)
If in the unlikely event you receive a ring that is defective it should be returned within 30 days for replacement.
All items received defective must be returned in original brand-new condition.

What the Lifetime Guarantee Covers
If your registered ring is ever damaged during normal wear, MWR will repair or replace your ring free of charge.
If your finger size ever changes, MWR will resize or replace your ring free of charge. In the event that material has to be added to your ring to complete the sizing, you will only be charged the price of the metal or stones necessary to create the new piece.
You will receive a Guarantee certificate when you register your ring. Be sure to keep your certificate in a safe place for future reference.
DESIGNER RING EXCHANGE POLICY
Designer rings must be registered by the customer when the ring is received. You will receive
registration instructions and paperwork with the ring. Rings that have NOT been engraved can be
returned to mens-wedding-rings.com for a refund or a change in size or style. Engraved rings
must be returned to MWR after a 60 day waiting period form the date of registration of the ring.
Engraved rings can only be re-sized, not exchanged for another style. The ring will be re-sized and
re-engraved for a charge of $40.00.
How to Register Your Designer Ring
Your Designer ring must be registered within (30) days of purchase to receive the Lifetime Guarantee. Follow the instructions you recieve with your ring.

The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover a ring that has been purchased or ordered in the incorrect finger size or if finger sizes have changed since the time of purchase and actual physical receipt of the piece. See the re-sizing guidelines below.

All rings can only be re-sized after at least 60 days of ownership and wear.

Third-party alterations to the ring (other than engraving) will void the Guarantee.
Certain types of wedding bands (two-tone bands, patterned designs and diamonds) are difficult, if not impossible to re-size without damaging the ring. MWR will make sure your ring is taken care of properly. If we can't fix it, we will replace it.

When the ring is received, we will issue a refund to your credit card account or PayPal account within 5 business days.

Rings must be secured in a protective envelope, with bubble wrap, to guard against loss and damage, either by shipper's machinery or theft. You can also use the bubble wrap envelope that we used for shipment of the ring.
