Mens-Wedding-Rings.com wants to provide you with exceptional customer service.  One way we do this is to give you the answers to some of our most frequently asked question. 



 
Exchanges, Returns, Guarantee & Limited Lifetime Warranty 

Question: Please explain your Lifetime Warranty?

All of our rings are designed to exacting manufacturing specifications and warrantied against imperfections in design and craftsmanship. Except from normal wear, we will replace your ring (within 60days for non Designer). A proof of purchase will be required and the defective, cracked, broken ring must be returned to Mens-Wedding-Rings.com for inspection prior to qualifying for a replacement. (Standard Shipping and Handling fees do apply)

If in the unlikely event you receive a ring that is defective it should be returned within (30) days for replacement. All items received defective must be returned in original brand-new condition.

Designer Ring Warranty

If your registered ring is ever damaged during normal wear, MWR will repair or replace your ring (fees may apply).  If your finger size ever changes, MWR will re-size your ring (fees may apply). In the event that material has to be added to your ring to complete the sizing, you will only be charged the price of the metal or stones necessary to create the new piece.


Designer Ring Exchange Policy
Designer rings must be registered by the customer when the ring is received. Rings that have not been engraved can be returned to MWR for a refund or a change in style or size (within 30days). Engraved rings must also be returned to MWR and can only be re-sized, not changed for another style. The Designer will re-size, and then re-engrave the ring, if possible, for a charge of $25.00

 

Designer Guarantee Guidelines
The Limited Lifetime Guarantee does not cover a ring that has been purchased or ordered in the incorrect finger size or if finger sizes have changed since the time of purchase and actual physical receipt of the piece.  See the re-sizing guidelines below.
  • All rings must be returned within 30 days of your purchase.
  • All rings can only be re-sized after at least 60 days of ownership and wear.
  • Third-party alterations to the ring (other than engraving) will void the Guarantee.
Certain types of wedding bands (two-tone bands, patterned designs and diamonds) are difficult, if not impossible to re-size without damaging the ring. MWR will make sure your ring is taken care of properly. If we can't fix it, we will replace it.

Question: What if I order the wrong size ring?
If you order the wrong size wedding ring, we will be happy to exchange your ring for the correct size within 30 days of the date of purchase.  Be sure to follow the instructions found at the link below when returning or exchanging a ring.


Question: What is your exchange policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your wedding ring, we will be happy to exchange your ring within 30 days

Question: Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated only on orders shipped to Texas.

Question: Do you offer engraving?
Engraving is available for the Designer line of rings only., at time of purchase.

Question: Can I return a ring?
Yes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within 15 days of delivery and issue a refund.

Question: Do you share any of my information, including my email address, with anyone else?
We respect your privacy. Your email address is totally secure. The only information any visitor is asked to provide is used to communicate with the customer and to complete the order processing. This information is used only by Mens-Wedding-Rings.com.

Question: Is it safe to pay online with my credit card?
Complete security for customer transactions is a primary concern of ours. Your confidence in our products and services is meaningless unless you have full faith in our ability to secure all online credit card transactions. We conduct all payment transactions through PayPal, the trusted name in online payments. They use digital authentication services and products, specifically designed for e-commerce. Question: If I order more than one item will they ship together?
In most cases when you order more than one item they will ship together. We do ship from more than one location. If the items are shipping from more than one location, they will ship in separate packages.

Question: How do I redeem a coupon or a promo code?
After you choose a product to order and you have added it to your shopping cart, enter the code in the box for the coupon code

Question: How do I know my order was received?
After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, along with an order confirmation number.

Question: How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped on the next business day after payment is confirmed, except weekends and holidays. This excludes our Designer rings, which are a special order and require 4-5 days processing before the order is shipped. Your order will arrive based on the type of shipping you choose.

Question: Can I order by telephone?
We encourage customers to process all orders online. This helps us to keep our prices low and continue to provide excellent customer service. If you can't do it yourself, then call us and we will help you.

Question: What types of shipping options do you offer?
We use USPS for shipping. During checkout you can choose from First Class, Priority and Express.

Question: Do you offer free shipping?
Free USPS First Class and USPS First Class International shipping is offered on all orders.

Question: Can my order be shipped to a different address than my address?
Yes. During checkout you will be asked to provide a Billing address and a Shipping address. These two addresses do not have to be the same. Please note that the Billing address information has to match your credit card information in order to process payment.

Question: Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?
Yes. During checkout you will be asked to provide a Billing address and a Shipping address. Just enter the P.O. Box information as the Shipping address.

Question: How do I determine the ring size I need?

Question: Can a ring be re-sized?
It depends on the metal. Gold, platinum, palladium and sterling silver can be re-sized. Tungsten rings and stainless steel rings cannot be re-sized. Titanium rings can only be made larger, not smaller. Spinner rings cannot be re-sized.
