Exchanges, Returns, Guarantee & Lifetime Warranty
Question: Please explain your Lifetime Warranty?
All of our rings are designed to exacting manufacturing specifications and warranted against imperfections in design and craftsmanship. Except from normal wear, we will replace your ring free of charge for as long as you own the ring. A proof of purchase will be required and the defective, cracked, broken ring must be returned to Mens-Wedding-Rings.com for inspection prior to qualifying for a free replacement.(Standard Shipping and Handling fees do apply)
If in the unlikely event you receive a ring that is defective it should be returned within 30 days for replacement. All items received defective must be returned in original brand-new condition.
Designer Rings
What the Lifetime Guarantee Covers
If your registered ring is ever damaged during normal wear, MWR will repair or replace your ring free of charge. If your finger size ever changes, MWR will resize or replace your ring free of charge. In the event that material has to be added to your ring to complete the sizing, you will only be charged the price of the metal or stones necessary to create the new piece.
You will receive a Guarantee certificate when you register your ring. Be sure to keep your certificate in a safe place for future reference.
DESIGNER RING EXCHANGE POLICY Designer rings must be registerd by the customer when the ring is received. Rings that have not been engraved can be returned to JMR for a refund or a change in style or size. Engraved rings must also be returned to JMR and can only be re-sized, not changed for another style. The Designer will re-size, and then re-engrave the ring, if possible, for a charge of $40.00
Question: What if I order the wrong size ring? If you order the wrong size wedding ring, we will be happy to exchange your ring for the correct size within 30 days of the date of purchase. Be sure to follow the instructions found at the link below when returning or exchanging a ring.

Question: What is your exchange policy? If for any reason you arent happy with your wedding ring, we will be happy to exchange your ring within 30 days of the date of purchase. Be sure to follow the instructions found at the link below when returning or exchanging a ring.

Question: Can I return a ring? Yes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within 15 days of delivery and issue a refund.

Question: What guarantee do you offer on your rings? Mens-wedding-rings.com offers a no questions asked, unconditional money back guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. You may return the item for exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. We guarantee our rings against workmanship and quality defects for one year from the date of purchase. Defects that are the result of improper care or maintenance are not covered under the guarantee. Our collection of Designer rings comes with a lifetime guarantee.
Question: What is your policy for a defective ring? Mens-Wedding-Rings.com only sells the highest quality rings. If you receive a defective ring or a ring that is below the quality you expected, we will be happy to accept the ring back for an exchange or refund. Ordering & Shipping
Question: If I order more than one item will they ship together? In most cases when you order more than one item they will ship together. We do ship from more than one location. Question: How do I redeem a coupon or a promo code? After you choose a product to order and you have added it to your shopping cart, enter the code in the box for the coupon code.
Question: How do I know my order was received? After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, along with an order confirmation number. Click here for more information on International Ordering and Shipping
Question: How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are shipped on the next business day after payment is confirmed, except weekends and holidays. This excludes our Designer rings, which are a special order and require 3 to 4 days processing before the order is shipped. Your order will arrive based on the type of shipping you choose. Question: Can I order by telephone? We encourage customers to process all orders online. This helps us to keep our prices low and continue to provide excellent customer service. Question: Do you offer engraving? Engraving is available for the Designer line of rings only.

Question: Can my order be shipped to a different address than my address? Yes. During checkout you will be asked to provide a Billing address and a Shipping address. These two addresses do not have to be the same. Please note that the Billing address information has to match your credit card information in order to process payment. Question: How do I determine the ring size I need? We suggest visiting a local jewelry store to get your ring finger sized accurately. Question: I do not live in the United States, but I know my ring size for my country. How do I order the correct ring size? You can convert your ring size to the correct US ring size by using our conversion chart at the link below. Click here for more information on International Ring Sizing
Question: Can a ring be resized? It depends on the metal. Gold, platinum, palladium and sterling silver can be resized. Tungsten rings and stainless steel rings cannot be resized. Titanium rings can only be made larger, not smaller. Spinner rings cannot be resized.
Question: If you ship to a country outside the US, how long will it be before I receive the ring? Shipping times vary depending on several factors, including the country your order is being shipped to. We ship all orders on the next business day after payment is confirmed, except Designer rings which need an additional 3-4 days for processing. We use USPS for international shipping and their estimated timeframe is 7-14 days for First Class and 6-10 days for Priority. Click here for more information on International Ordering and Shipping
